benefits on behalf of the retirees of several defunct airlines. A list of "Participating Airlines" will be found
on this website.......Once a retiree is registered with us, ticket requests may be made by calling 1-800-266-6738, 0930-1700
EST Monday-Thursday and 0930-1200 Friday.......In addition to the cost of the various airline passes, ARPB will charge a processing
fee of $25-$30 depending on the airline being used.......Payment for tickets must be by credit card. ARPB accepts all major
credit cards.......See specific airline information on the "Participating Carrier" page in this website but as a
general rule, if you call one week before your desired travel date that is enough time for us to issue and get the passes
to you.......If you have an emergency, on most carriers (except Delta, Spirit and Sun Country) we can issue and send passes
by overnight Fedex.......Eastern Airlines retirees note: you must be a current member of the Eastern Airlines Retiree Association
