In one call we will list you on your desired flights, issue your e-ticket and give you your listing confirmation. You can then check-in ON-LINE 24 hours prior to travel. DELTA AIRLINES - MAJOR CHANGES EFF 12 SEP 2011 ARPB now has the Delta system installed in our office. Just call a day or so before travel and we can list you, issued an etkt and send you an e-mail in one phone call. Delta fares are no longer flat - rate but based on the distance traveled (ZED fares)  Zonal Employee Discount. Also, they are now refundable if not used. This is done by calling 1-800-266-6738 During the hours of 0930-1700 EST MON-THU 0930-1200 EST FRI. Each airlines procedures are slightly different However, in all cases, you can use your credit card to initiate the transaction, so have that ready.
