Retirees now have the option to order passes by
calling 1-800
266 6738 during office hours or by E-MAIL.
Follow these simple guidelines. In the
"SUBJECT" line of
the e-mail include
your last name and the airline you wish to travel on. E.G.

In the text
of the message follow this example which
is in upper case with an explaination in lower case.

OVERNIGHT FEDEX - NO SIGNATURE REQUIRED

are
Mail or Fedex and you must specify overnight,
second day, international or weekend delivery.
ARPB will send an
acknowledgement e-mail advising
that the request has been received and actioned and
when you can expect to receive
the passes either by
mail or Fedex. Send your e-mail request to
airlineretirees@hotmail.com
NOTE: If you have not received an acknowledgement within
24 (business) hours. We may not have received
your request.
